Habits are a simple structure which allows you to track if you have completed something on a daily basis. For instance, they can be used to track an exercise program, cleaning tasks, administrative tasks, or anything else you want to track on a daily basis.


Reporting

You can report on your habits by selecting the Reports > Habits reports command.


You will need to select a start and end date range for the report, then click the Go button to see the status of each habit tracker for the selected period.


Stop a habit tracker

To stop tracking a habit, select it then select Entry > Cross Out. The Habit will no longer appear on agenda tabs for new tracking entries, but will still appear in the Habits report for historical tracking. To completely delete a Habit, select Entry > Delete Item instead.


Shortcut

You can open the Habits tab at any time by pressing Ctrl+7.
