Preferences

Options > Edit Preferences... command

This command opens the Preferences dialog box, allowing you to specify several settings:

The following preferences can be set:

Preference	Description
Wake Time	The earliest hour that you would normally schedule an event for.
Sleep Time	The latest hour that you would normally schedule an event for.
	Hours outside the Wake Time to Sleep Time range will be displayed with a dimmed font color, and are never used to automatically schedule items.
Automatically schedule Todo items by default...	When enabled, this flag causes the "Automatically" flag of new Todo items to be checked by default, which will cause the scheduler to automatically assign a due time on the current day to the item, if it does not already have one.
Show alerts at most every [ ] minutes	How often you want alrts (Reminders and Alarms) for items to appear. Setting this value too low may cause StoneNotes to be too annoying with it's popups, but setting it too high may cause you to miss appointments. Please choose a value carefully.
